Vienna style Lager is brewed using Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts and has a subtle hop profile which keeps this beer crisp with a slight malt sweetness.

We took this classic German wheat beer and gave it a modern twist by dry hopping it with belma and sabro hops. The bouquet of flavors created includes clove, banana, strawberry, and subtle coconut. Think of it as a tropical calling for spring, clear skies, and warm weather.

Belgian Yeast, fermented with orange peel, and coriander, leave a light easy drinking ale with a subtle fruit notes and a savory dry finish. The perfect sip to start your day.

America's Oldest Brewery's flagship is a rich amber lager with a balanced, medium-bodied flavor and subtle sweetness from caramel malt.

This Imperial Stout was brewed and aged for nearly a year in Laws Bourbon Barrels.  Chocolate, cinnamon, and habanero peppers were added just before kegging and the result is this decedent ale. Dark fruit, roast, bourbon, with a Mexican Hot Chocolate flair—this bourbon barrel aged stout can only be found at D.C. Cobbs!

Ace Perry is an all-natural fruit cider. Fresh Pear juice and Madagascar Vanilla (for mouth-feel and smoothness) are added to our apple cider post fermentation.

Hazy mosaic pale ale

A hazy fit for Cobbs! Copious amounts of Azacca, Strata, and Mosaic dry-hopped to create a beer that is just this side of juice! Notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and strawberries, as well as passionfruit.

XPA is between a Pale Ale and IPA. Tropical fruit - mango, papaya, citrus fruits, and berry aromas attributed from the Azacca. Well balanced, crushable ale.

The Cobb's Logger, is a crisp, clean and refreshing lager with a light body. It is made from made from a base of 70% Barley and 30% corn plus a combination of German Lager yeast, w/ German hops that provide a subtle hop flavoring on the finish.

Traditional IPA with all the classic hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, CTZ, and Amarillo. Flavorful without being overly bitter.

An American wheat ale brewed with white wheat and dry hopped with hand-selected hops from the Yakima Valley. Bright and refreshing with a lemony finish.

Malty and balanced, this amber uses an English ale yeast to help accentuate the sweetness of the three types of Munich malt this ale contains. A heartier beer that is a perfect alternative to hop forward IPAs.

Brewed with Cherrywood smoked malt and chipotle peppers, this spicy, smoky porter is balanced by dark crystal, chocolate, and black malts to create a complex palette of flavors.

Vanilla-infused American Red Ale with notes of toffee, caramel, and a hint of cherry. This beer finishes with a smooth, medium body.
